www.ntv.co.ke Administration police from the rapid response unit in Embu county have arrested three men on charges of possession of 20 stones of marijuana, worth approximately 100000 shillings. Two of the three men however claimed that they were not marijuana traffickers but Rastafarians, and had the marijuana for personal use.
